Our Work on Inclusionary Housing Policy
Cornerstone Partnership promotes strong, inclusive communities where all people can afford a decent place to live and thrive. In this section, we provide resources for practitioners, advocates, elected officials, and other housing professionals interested in developing, designing, or implementing an inclusionary housing policy. In particular, the following resources may be helpful for:
- Economics: jurisdictions that are interested in adopting an inclusionary housing policy, but want to know more about how these policies affect local market conditions;
- Policy design: jurisdictions that know they would like to implement an inclusionary housing policy, but need help designing the right policy for their communities;
- Program administration: jurisdictions that have already implemented an inclusionary housing policy and need more information about best practices in implementation and administration to ensure their policies are effective.
